The house is situated at the Costa Blanca near Moraira between Alicante and Valencia.

The name of the village is Benitachell

The Urbanisation CUMBRE DEL SOL is about 1.5 km above this lovely bay,

which is almost only used by the citizens of the urbanisation.

The coast area is steep with small sandy bays that have cristal-clear and blue water.

The picture below shows the pool area for our guests only two minutes to walk from the Villa

(…and we have not met more than 10 people there even during the mainseason.)
